The Courtyard by Marriott (compare rates|buy direct) is one of the newest resorts lining the Nusa Dua upmarket enclave in Bali, and this early on they're raising the bar with a newly-opened Beach Club, a relaxed seafront bistro and lounge close to the property.
The Beach Club is located on a private beach along Nusa Dua and is set along a quiet promenade; the open-air bar and bistro, placed over a manicured sand floor, is ready to serve guests enjoying a day (or an evening) on Nusa Dua's beach.
Courtyard guests can come in from the sea and enjoy the Club's enclosed garden showers before toweling off and settling onto one of their spacious daybeds or lounge chairs shaded by capacious beach parasols. The Beach Club's on-location chef and serving staff serve up an eclectic menu that includes gourmet hotdogs, tacos, satay, grilled prawns, veggie burgers and a variety of beverages including wine, beer or smoothies and fresh juices.

"The Beach Club complements the resort's facilities very neatly given its casual milieu and value-for-money menu," comments Courtyard general manager Jeff Tyler. "All of our guests, from families and couples to surfers appreciate the serenity of the beachside venue for relaxation, great comfort food and cocktails."
The Beach Club is connected to the Courtyard by a resort shuttle bus that leaves the resort every thirty minutes. To reach the Beach Club on foot from the resort, guests should expect to take a ten-minute walk from the lobby down a palm-fringed boulevard to the Club venue.
As the 900th property in the Courtyard by Marriott portfolio, the Courtyard by Marriott Bali strives to aim for some serious superlatives, with 250 guestrooms offering a fresh interior design, access to the Bali's 18-hole championship golf course, and innovative menu offerings from the MoMo Café and, yes, the Beach Club.
