"Bali is high on most peoples' wish lists for travel, so it's the perfect place to choose for a group of friends and family," says Paul Czuba, Director of Marketing for Four Seasons Resorts Bali. Yet this diversity also ironically makes the planning process far more difficult than it should be - Czuba points out that group trips can be a challenge to arrange.
"It's one thing for a professional travel agent or event planner to organize a group trip, but for an individual, it can be daunting to coordinate five, ten or more friends and family members," says Czuba. "That's why we wanted to create a user-friendly web site, so people can see how easy Four Seasons makes it to plan a special celebration in Bali."
The new Milestone Celebrations site includes planning tips, ideas for activities, and sample itineraries, garnished with first-hand comments from past Four Seasons guests. The FAQ section is especially helpful, with answers to common questions on travel logistics, organization and budgeting.
You can customize the trip to your group's tastes and interests in an almost infinite number of ways: you can choose the oceanside Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, or the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, surrounded by jungle. You can choose to stay a few days at each resort, or make a day trip to the other property to enjoy spa services or dining. And you can choose a wide range of accommodations in either Four Seasons property - friends can share a four-bedroom Residence Villa, or book a cluster of free-standing villas.
After visiting the Celebrations site, contact the Celebrations Concierge (celebrations.bali@fourseasons.com) with an outline of your plans. The Four Seasons team will work closely with you to develop a program that best suits your group. "We make the trip easy and enjoyable for everyone - including the person who's organizing it!", explains Czuba.
