The all-suite Silversea Cruises will make waves in Southeast Asia for the 2012-2013 sailing season, with new luxury small-ship journeys to Singapore, Siem Reap (Cambodia), Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Bali (Indonesia) and Bangkok (Thailand).
A cruise on board a Silversea Cruises small ship - whether on the Silver Shadow or the brand-new Silver Whisper - is miles above the usual Southeast Asia country-hopping experience. When travelling aboard a Silversea Cruises luxury ship, you can visit multiple destinations without repacking or going through the usual airport and visa rigmarole.
And you won't be stuck in cramped buses or airport waiting lounges - you'll enjoy the large public spaces, sumptuous suites, all-inclusive amenities and luxuries that come standard with every Silversea Cruises berth.
It's nothing like the usual cruise-ship experience, either: Silversea Cruises' voyages rely on intimate, all-suite vessels that provide all the amenities of larger ships, with the added bonus of an intimacy and sense of conviviality you can only find in vessels of lower displacement.

Accommodations
The Silver Shadow and her sister ship Silver Whisper can each accommodate a maximum of only 382 guests in their ocean view, all-suite accommodations, with all-inclusive fares starting from US$5,399 per person, double occupancy, in a Vista Suite. Guests also receive US$1,000 onboard spending credit per suite, theirs to spend on spa treatments, boutique purchases, shore excursions and premium wines.
All suites aboard the Silver Shadow and the Silver Whisper feature personal butler service, European bath amenities, personalized stationery, binoculars, and WiFi access (fees apply). Silversea provides some of the most spacious suites in the business, with 85 percent featuring private verandas for a view of the sea.

All told, Silversea will introduce 21 new itineraries and ports of call for voyages in the Asia-Pacific aboard the Silver Shadow and the Silver Whisper, with trips ranging from seven to twenty-one days. Starting in late October, tourists can sail aboard these ships from Hong Kong, Bangkok or Singapore to ports of call in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper are both small enough to venture into the crowded seaways and ports of Vietnam, Indonesia and China. Guests will also enjoy overnight stays in major Southeast Asian cities like Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore.
All inclusive fares start from US$3,299 per person double occupancy and include onboard spending credit of up to US$1,500 per suite to use in the spa, speciality restaurants, shore excursions, boutique and more.

Land Adventure Options
Guests on selected cruises can enhance their experience with a menu of Land Adventure options. Shoreside, guests can explore Borneo's jungles, or explore the narrow lanes of a Vietnamese city.
For a number of cruises aboard the Silver Shadow, the Angkor Wat! land adventure comes as part of the trip: a multi-day excursion that delves into the famous temple city and then flings you across Indochina to Hoi An in Vietnam, where you can explore the Cham civilization that once ruled the land.
Does this sound like the kind of adventure you're ready (and can afford) to try? For reservation enquiries with Silversea, call their toll free numbers in Hong Kong (808 908 793) or Singapore (800 616 7056), or visit www.silversea.com.
