Think about dining beachside, and you're likely to think of sandwiches from a picnic basket. That's not what you get when you dine on the beach at Jimbaran, Bali: you'll find tables and chairs set out on the sand, with Balinese grilled seafood served out in gigantic servings. All the rice you can eat, washed down with bottled water or coconut water straight out of the shell, or (always a good idea) a Bintang Beer. (The latter is one of Southeast Asia's best beers, the only one on the list that's readily available around South Bali.)
Eating at Jimbaran under the moonlight is part of our list of 10 things to do around South Bali, and justifiably so: look at our images of Jimbaran Bay's beachside restaurants, or better yet, read our article on beachside dining at Jimbaran, Bali.
