Singapore's Ritz-Carlton Millenia Offers Christmas and New Year Cheer with Special Stays and Dining Packages.

The luxury hotel opens its doors for Christmas guests with their special All I Want This Season from now till December 29, inclusive of two out of six Dine and Indulge options. The Ritz-Carlton offers All I Want... guests with one option from each Dine and Indulge menu:

Dine:

  • American breakfast for two adults and two children at Greenhouse;
  • Snack platter (for four) in-room or by the pool;
  • One bottle (750ml) of Moet & Chandon Champagne.

Indulge:

  • A butler-drawn bubble bath;
  • Two adult passes to Gardens by the Bay;
  • Guaranteed late check out at 3pm.

  • Greenhouse Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch serves up eight varieties of French and New Zealand oysters, sashimi & sushi, 50 varieties of French and New World cheese, a tapas selection, charcuterie, foie gras & eggs a la minute, roasted turkey, roasted whole wagyu beef and snapper, concluding with a dessert list that includes Christmas plum pudding, log cakes, panettone and mince pies. Unlimited Moet Chandon Vintage 2004. Available from 12 noon to 3:30pm, November 25-December 23, Sundays only. SGD 168 per adult; SGD 84 per child 6 - 12 years of age; SGD 42 per child 3 - 5 years of age.
  • Festive Buffet Lunch  at Greenhouse indulges guests with sushi and sashimi, chilled crustacean, roast turkey, bone-in Gammon ham, sausages,  and cheeses, topped off with a dessert table that includes log cakes, plum pudding, fruit cake, panettone and stollen. Available from 12 noon to 2:30pm, November 26 to December 24, daily except Sundays. SGD 62 per adult; SGD 31 per child 6 - 12 years of age.
  • Festive Buffet Dinner at Greenhouse serves a spread of New Zealand oysters, sushi and sashimi, chilled crustacean, roast turkey, bone-in Gammon ham, roast duck and New York strip, a la minute Korean barbecue with pork belly and skirt steak, and cheeses, with desserts including log cakes, plum pudding, panettone and stollen. Available from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, November 25 to December 23, Sundays To Thursdays. SGD 72 per adult; SGD 36 per child 6 - 12 years of age.
  • Festive Seafood Buffet Dinner at Greenhouse serves a selection of sushi and sashimi,, chilled crustacean, five varieties of French and New Zealand oysters, poached lobster, roast turkey, coq au vin, and bone-in Gammon ham. Available from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, November 24 to December 22, Fridays and Saturdays only. SGD 88 per adult; SGD 44 per child 6 - 12 years of age.
  • Christmas Afternoon Tea Buffet  at Chihuly Lounge serves a light repast of finger sandwiches, canapés, fudge, nougat, caramel and parfait a la minute. Available from 2:30pm to 5pm, November 24 to December 25, Saturdays and Sundays only. SGD 58 per adult; SGD 29 per child 6 - 12 years of age.
  • Festive Eight-course Afternoon Tea Set at Chihuly Lounge celebrates the weekend with a roasted turkey carving station, delicate sandwic174hes and scones. Festive desserts include cranberry sorbet, orange cinnamon jelly, stollen, fruitcake and Christmas cookies. The Ultimate Nine-Course Afternoon Tea includes a caviar set and a glass of Dom Perignon 2003. Available from 2:30pm to 5pm, November 26 to December 24, Mondays to Fridays only. SGD 48 per adult for eight-course tea; SGD 29 per adult for nine-course tea.

For Christmas eve and Christmas day diners, the Ritz-Carlton provides the following buffet dinners and brunches:

  • Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner at Greenhouse. Culinary highlights include eight varieties of French and New Zealand oysters, Sashimi & Sushi, 50 varieties of French and New World cheese, Poached Boston Lobster, Charcuterie, Foie Gras a la minute, roasted turkey, roasted whole wagyu beef and venison. Guests will be entertained by carolers, a live band, and appearances by Santa Claus and Santarina.
  • Available from 7pm to 10:30pm, December 24, Monday. SGD 178 per adult; SGD 89 per child 6 - 12 years of age. SGD 216 per adult, inclusive of unlimited sparkling wine, house pour red/white wines, beer, chilled juices and soft drinks.

  • Christmas Day Champagne Brunch at Greenhouse serves up sushi and sashimi, chilled crustacean, eight varieties of French and New Zealand oysters, 50 varieties of French and New World cheese, charcuterie with Iberico and Coppa ham, a la minute foie gras, eggs, scallops and Boston lobster, roasted wagyu beef, venison rack and guinea fowl, Christmas plum pudding, log cakes, mince pies, panettone and fruit cake. Unlimited Moët & Chandon Vintage 2004. Guests will be entertained by carolers, a live band, and appearances by Santa Claus and Santarina.

    Available from 11 am - 1 pm (1st seating), 1:30pm - 3:30 pm (2nd seating), December 25, Tuesday. SGD 178 per adult; SGD 89 per child 6 - 12 years of age, SGD 44.50 per child 3-5 years of age.

  • Family Christmas Brunch at Grand Ballroom serves charcuterie with Iberico and Prosciutto Hams, Sashimi and Sushi, oysters, lobster and prawns on ice, roasted wagyu beef leg, Gammon ham, roast turkey, live tandoori kebabs, cheeses and festive desserts including plum pudding, log cakes, stollen and panettone. Inclusive of Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial NV.

    Available from 12 - 3 pm, December 25, Tuesday. SGD 168 per adult; SGD 84 per child 6 - 12 years of age, SGD 42 per child 3-5 years of age.

  • Christmas Day Buffet Dinner at Greenhouse serves sushi and sashimi, chilled crustacean, Canadian oysters, a la minute Boston lobster and cod fish, roast turkey and snapper, duck breast, coq au vin, desserts include log cakes, panettone, stollen and fruit cake. Inclusive of  welcome Festive Mocktail. Guests will be entertained by a live band.

    Available from 6:30pm - 10:30 pm, December 25, Tuesday. SGD 98 per adult; SGD 49 per child 6 - 12 years of age, SGD 24.50 per child 3-5 years of age.

  • New Year's Day Champagne Brunch at Greenhouse serves up sushi and sashimi, 50 varieties of French and New World cheese, chilled crustacean, eight varieties of French and New Zealand oysters , charcuterie, a la minute foie gras, eggs, Boston lobster and scallops, whole roasted wagyu beef leg, 48-hour braised beef rib, grilled quail, salt-baked halibut and Asian roasts like crispy pork belly and roast duck, and desserts. Live band.

  • New Year's Day Afternoon Tea Buffet at Chihuly Lounge. Available from 2:30pm - 5 pm, January 1 2013, Tuesday. SGD 58 per adult; SGD 29 per child 6 - 12 years of age; SGD 24.50 per child 3 - 5 years of age.
