The Raffles Le Royal is close to Pochentong International Airport; other city attractions are a short drive away. The Sunway covers the basics, and much more besides - 138 sizable rooms, each with its own television, electronic room safe, air conditioning, IDD line, personal fax, and minibar. The hotel is surrounded by some of Phnom Penh's major must-see places, like the Wat Phnom Pagoda and the embassy district. (The U.S. embassy is just across the street from the Sunway.)
For all that the Sunway gets right, the hotel still has no swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is not bad, though, and the hotel also offers other facilities like airport transfers, banquet amenities, a business center, and coffeeshop.

The InterContinental is famous in town for two things – it’s the first five-star international hotel in Phnom Penh, and it’s the tallest building in Cambodia.
