Kuih bangkit and honeycomb biscuits. Kuih bangkit is a crumbly biscuit made from tapioca flour. Honeycomb biscuits are a New Year staple made from cornflour, eggs, sugar, and coconut milk. The latter is known as mat fung tau in Cantonese, and is meant to symbolize family unity.
