The Waterfront Insular Hotel is one of Davao’s first resort hotels, located on a sizable beachfront property about three miles northeast of the Davao city center. The hotel’s décor drinks deeply from the fashion aesthetic of Davao’s local tribes, with various tribal artifacts decorating the hotel lobby.

The hotel’s 150 guestrooms are scattered across four two-storey buildings; accommodations include nine Executive Suites, two Studio Suites and a single Presidential Suite.
